Pricing & packages

What podcast production costs at Vox Veritas Media and how the tiers compare.

How much does done-for-you podcast production cost at Vox Veritas Media?

Done-for-you podcast production at Vox Veritas Media costs $800–$1,200 per month for editing-only, $1,500–$2,500 per month for on-location mobile production with multi-camera video, and $3,500+ per month for the Premium Content Engine. Every package is month-to-month with no long-term contract.

What is the cheapest way to work with Vox Veritas Media?

The most affordable option is the Tier 1 Editing-Only Partner package at $800–$1,200 per month. You record on your own gear, send us the files, and we deliver mastered audio, branded intro/outro, single-camera video edit, and full podcast platform publishing.

What's included in the most popular package?

The most popular package is Tier 2 — Mobile Professional Production at $1,500–$2,500 per month. It includes 4 episodes per month with broadcast-grade audio recorded at your location, multi-camera color-graded video, branded intros and lower thirds, 1–3 short-form clips per episode, show notes, and full publishing to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.

What does the Premium Content Engine include?

The Tier 3 Premium Content Engine starts at $3,500 per month and includes 4–8 episodes per month, multi-camera 4K production, content strategy and batch-day planning, 8–16 short-form clips per month, motion graphics, distribution and analytics review, and a dedicated producer embedded with your team.

Are there long-term contracts or annual commitments?

No. Every Vox Veritas Media package is month-to-month. If the first month does not deliver value, you can walk away — there is no lock-in.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Because every package is month-to-month, you can move up or down at any time. Most clients start at Tier 1 or Tier 2 and graduate into Tier 3 once their show finds its rhythm.

Recording, turnaround & logistics

Where you record, how fast episodes ship, and what the production workflow looks like.

Do I need to record in your studio?

No. Our Editing-Only tier works with whatever you already record on, our Mobile Production tier brings broadcast-grade gear to your office or location, and our Premium tier includes batch days at the location of your choice. We do not require clients to come to a fixed studio.

What is the typical turnaround time for an edited podcast episode?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from raw recording to a fully published episode. Premium clients on a batch schedule typically run on a fixed weekly publish day so the show goes live the same day every week.

How many revisions are included with each episode?

Unlimited minor revisions — cuts, swaps, and copy tweaks — are included on every tier. Major structural re-edits, like re-cutting the narrative or changing the format, are handled case-by-case so they do not drag out your launch window.

Do you publish to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube?

Yes. We publish each episode to your podcast host (Buzzsprout, Transistor, Captivate, Megaphone, and others), distribute to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and the major directories, and publish to YouTube when video is included.

Do you offer short-form video clips for social media?

Yes. The Mobile Production tier includes 1–3 short-form clips per episode and the Premium Content Engine includes 8–16 clips per month, formatted vertically for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Can you handle remote interview guests?

Yes. We record remote guests through Riverside.fm, SquadCast, or Zencastr depending on the show, capturing each speaker on a separate high-quality track for clean editing and isolated post-production.

Location & service area

Where Vox Veritas Media is based and where we travel for on-location production.

Where is Vox Veritas Media based?

Vox Veritas Media is headquartered in Temecula, California, in southwest Riverside County. Founder and executive producer Kevin Clark runs the studio and travels for on-location production throughout Southern California.

What areas do you serve for on-location podcast production?

We regularly travel for on-location production throughout Riverside County (Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Lake Elsinore), Orange County (Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim), and San Diego County (San Diego, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside).

Do you work with clients outside Southern California?

Yes. We produce remote podcasts for clients nationwide using studio-grade remote recording tools. The Editing-Only tier is fully remote-friendly, and we can fly out for batch production days for Premium clients.

Who we serve & onboarding

The professionals we specialize in and what starting a podcast with us actually looks like.

Who does Vox Veritas Media work with?

Most of our roster is real estate agents, brokers, and teams, plus coaches, consultants, financial advisors, attorneys, medical and wellness practitioners, and founder-led brands. Our specialty is professionals who use podcasting to build authority and shorten their sales cycle.

What if I have never recorded a podcast before?

That describes most of our launches. We start with a 60-minute strategy session to lock in your show format, name, cover art direction, and publishing cadence, then schedule your first record. Most new shows publish their first episode within 2–3 weeks of kickoff.

How do I get started with Vox Veritas Media?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call from our contact page. On the call we will tell you honestly whether a podcast is the right move for your business and which tier fits where you are today. There is no pitch deck — just a conversation.

How quickly can my podcast launch?

Most new shows publish their first episode within 2–3 weeks of kickoff. The Premium Content Engine can compress that further with a single batch day that records 4–8 episodes at once.

Choosing a podcast production partner

How to evaluate Vox Veritas Media against alternatives.

How is Vox Veritas Media different from a music studio that also does podcasts?

Vox Veritas Media is a podcast-first studio. Music engineers are extraordinary at music, but spoken-word editing, long-form interview pacing, and podcast-specific mastering targets (-16 LUFS for Apple, Spotify, and YouTube) are a different craft. We have shipped hundreds of full podcast episodes end-to-end.

Should I hire a freelance editor or a podcast production company?

Hire a freelance editor if you only need basic audio cleanup and you enjoy managing every other part of the workflow yourself. Hire a podcast production company like Vox Veritas Media if you want recording, editing, video, cover art, show notes, distribution, and short-form clips handled as a single managed service so the show ships every week without your involvement.

What should I look for in a Southern California podcast production partner?

Ask to hear three full episodes they have produced end-to-end, confirm who actually does the editing (not just the sales team), get a written turnaround SLA, and verify whether the price includes recording, editing, cover art, show notes, distribution, and short-form clips. If the answer to any of those is fuzzy, keep looking.
